Delivery

(GHANA): Standard delivery within Accra is free. Deliveries will be made between 10:30am-4:00pm Monday – Friday. We will aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days after placing your order and making full payment, but it may turn up earlier than this. Delivery fee within Accra is between GHS40-GHS50. Tema or Kasoa and its environs is between GHS70-GHS100.

For out of Accra deliveries (Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani, Wa, Bolgatanga etc.) a delivery fee of GHS 150.00 will be charged. Delivery will be made by bus to the various parcel offices. Clients can request for a particular means of delivering the order but we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to your package.


For out of Accra deliveries, the order will be dispatched only after full payment is received.


(INTERNATIONAL): Shipping rate for international orders is $45.00. Order is processed withing 3-5 working days and shipped to your provided address within 5-10 working days. Please make sure to provide correct details when placing your order. The Millan Touch store won’t be responsible for any misspellings or mistakes on your part. Delivery of your order may take a week or more depending on shipping arrangements. For express shipping, please contact us via email: millantouch@gmail.com


UNDELIVERED ORDER

You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order please email us on info@millantouch.com.

We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sitewide sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Millan Touch cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.


RETURN POLICY

In the rare event you have a damaged item, please return to us for an exchange or refund.

Items returned must be in the packaging they were delivered in, and must be returned within 3 days after the particular order is received.

If client opts to have his/her money refunded, it will be repaid via the same mode the payment was made.
